Ayurvedic therapy to help manage frozen shoulder

The warm herbal oil massage of Abhyangam stretches and relaxes the shoulder capsule. It helps increase the range of movement of the shoulder joint.

Nasyam is the dripping of medicated oils in the nostrils after a head massage. It cleanses the Doshas and relieves shoulder inflammation.

Navarakizhi is the application of a warm poultice to the affected part of the body. It improves blood circulation and joint capsule strength. It helps replenish the shoulder joint cartilage with the necessary nutrients.

You can combine Ayurvedic massages with physiotherapy and other treatments to achieve the best outcomes for your frozen shoulder condition.
